Within our newly mobilised Cardiff BRS team, we’re launching a Project Management team. Join us, and you’ll be part of a team with exciting growth prospects, looking to do things differently.<p><b>About the role</b></p><p></p><p>We are particularly keen to attract people with project management / coordination experience in the Insurance sector, as well as the Public Sector (NHS and Government). Whatever your ambition, we will support your learning and development, within one of the world’s leading professional organisations.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Previous PMO and / or Project Management experience</p></li><li><p>Great stakeholder management skills and the ability to rapidly build relationships at all levels </p></li><li><p>Someone proactive, and willing to take ownership to get results</p></li><li><p>A team player, yet shows personal initiative</p></li><li><p>Strong project planning abilities and ability to deliver real time MI</p></li><li><p>Effective communicator; both written and verbal </p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Desirable skills: </b></p><ul><li><p>Ideally a professional qualification such as PRINCE2, APMP, PMP, Agile, Scrum, but will consider all applicants with relevant experience</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Google suite a bonus, but not essential </p></li><li><p>Financial expertise is desirable, but not essential </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Further detail</b></p><p></p><p>Depending on your background, you may be aligned to a specific sector, <u>or may be across multiple sectors</u>. Scenarios will vary and could range from change management, business turnaround or insolvency scenarios. You’ll be: </p><ul><li><p>Working directly with the wider Business Restructuring team and external clients to ensure effective project delivery</p></li><li><p>Developing and maintaining effective project plans, risk and issue tracking (RAID logs)</p></li><li><p>Benefits tracking and reporting, using relevant tools and templates</p></li><li><p>Managing costs, budgets, WIP</p></li><li><p>Producing reports, including Steerco committee reports</p></li><li><p>Using technology to develop dashboards and work efficiently </p></li><li><p>Interacting, coordinating and influencing key project stakeholders</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Where will you be working?</p><p></p><p><u>Your office location will be Cardiff,</u> However, we work with a great diversity of clients, in locations both in and outside the UK.
