In our advisory capacity, we are perfectly positioned to work alongside our clients to design and implement organisational structures to deliver maximum flexibility, agility and responsiveness, as well as guiding our clients through the evolution of their IT operating model to embrace new ways of working.  </p><p></p><p>We are looking for ambitious, enthusiastic self-starters, who are passionate about IT Op Model design and are hungry to: </p><ul><li><p>Become a trusted advisor to our clients and help them identify strengths and development opportunities within their existing IT op model;</p></li><li><p>Understand our clients strategic needs, short and long-term business objectives and then articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work which are aligned to our Technology Strategy offerings;</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain relationships with and advising various levels of stakeholders, up to and including C-Level;</p></li><li><p>Develop the target IT operating model to embrace new ways of working including managing outsourcers, integrating and co-existing with DevOps, Evergreen, Agile, Waterfall, Cloud delivery and increased automation of deployment controls;</p></li><li><p>Design and implement organisational structures to deliver maximum flexibility, agility and responsiveness. This includes defining the roles and skills to deliver the services, shaping the organisation of the new roles and establish the governance model; </p></li><li><p>Develop ITSM strategy including tools and service portfolio demand management; </p></li><li><p>Provide strategic direction and input to develop the transition roadmap plan to transform into target state operating model; </p></li><li><p>Assist in developing our Technology Strategy portfolio of offerings and enhancing our existing pool of global assets, and continually seek opportunities to develop business;</p></li><li><p>Contribute to our community of practice, as well as the development of our more junior team members.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We are looking for Senior Managers who are intellectually curious with a genuine passion for shaping our clients’ future, combining deep business insight with the understanding of how technology will impact industry and business models.
