We provide hands-on delivery capability, backed-up by tried and tested technology, methodologies and infrastructure to assist clients with their projects and programmes using a model that is cost effective and scalable.</p><p><b> </b></p><p><b><b>Essential skills and experience</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Graduates with a minimum of 2:2 degree (in any subject) keen to build a career in financial services.</p></li><li><p>Able to apply a logical and analytical approach to work.</p></li><li><p>Have office experience in a business environment.</p></li><li><p>Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Self-starters and motivated to succeed.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communicators both verbal and written.</p></li><li><p>Able to demonstrate an aptitude for learning new systems and IT applications.</p></li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b><b>Role description and responsibilities</b></b></p><p><b> </b>Following the success of our first two Change Academies we are looking for an additional 20 people to strengthen our existing team of Associates in our rapidly growing Change business. Our third Change Academy will be commencing in our PwC Operate Change London hub in September 2022.</p><p></p><p>This is an 8 week training program that will provide you with industry leading experience and skills before joining our wider team of Business Analysts (BA) and Project Management Officers (PMO) on client engagements across a variety of industries. During the Change Academy you will gain professional qualifications, complete professional skills workshops, case studies and client simulations along the way. </p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Responsibilities of this role after the Change Academy will include:</b></p><ul><li><p>Writing and designing process maps.</p></li><li><p>Preparing business requirements, documenting ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes and delivering process flows.</p></li><li><p>Coordinating project input and providing updates to stakeholders </p></li><li><p>Defining reporting structures to management.</p></li><li><p>Formally documenting functions.</p></li><li><p>Writing process documentation.</p></li><li><p>Development and maintenance of project plans.</p></li><li><p>Preparation of project reports including status reports, RAID logs and project dashboards, tracking and analysis of budgetary information across the full project portfolio.</p></li></ul><p></p><br /><p><strong>Not the role for you?</strong><br />Did you know PwC offers flexible career arrangements and contract work? <a href="https://www.pwc.co.uk/careers/flexible-contractor-careers.html" rel="no-follow">Learn more</a>.<br /><br /><strong>The skills we look for</strong><br />In addition to our global framework, the PwC Professional, there are a number of key Operate behaviours you'll be evaluated against during our assessment process.
