Working with product line team, customers as well as the cross functional design teams. To crystallize and define system requirements for feature development on DS engineering teams.<br><br>Partner with the best<br><br>To work with Product Line and Program Management Team to understand the Business vision and map to long term strategies & roadmap<br><br>As a Staff Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Gathering continuous user feedback and defining product success matrices</li><li>Identifying customer needs, defining the product roadmap, and getting signoff from the key stakeholders.</li><li>Working with multiple stakeholders (internal & external) to create a detailed PRD</li><li>Leading execution of product roadmap, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver the product</li><li>Conducting market research, competitor analysis, usability studies to make data driven decisions to prioritize and add features.</li><li>Acting as the agile product owner for ongoing development sprints representing the voice of the customer and accepting user stories.</li></ul><br><br>Fuel your passion<br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Management with a minimum of 8 yrs of total IT experience. Preferably 2+ yrs of experience in Product Management.</li><li>Have experience in working with IoT, including cloud-IoT connected applications.</li><li>Ability to understand small form factor hardware, OS deployment, IoT gateways and connectivity ports / protocols.</li><li>Hands on experience with connected industrial devices and sensors.</li><li>Have demonstrated experience of working with agile software development teams. Seeing the problem through the eyes of the customer.</li><li>Have demonstrated ability to work with senior technology leadership and architects to take key strategic decisions in development of system architecture to support functional roadmap.</li><li>Have experience in User Acceptance Testing, for products of significant size. Must be able to communicate and elicit requirements from stakeholders/customers and interpret them correctly.</li><li>Have proven track record of working with cross cultural and diverse global teams to deliver successful customer facing products.</li><li>Have to work closely with UX experts to design creative yet simple user experience.</li><li>Have to coordinate with multiple teams for ensuring legal, security and intellectual property compliance.</li></ul><br>Work in a way that works for you<br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
