Job Description Customer Service Representative Remote/Work from home Hours of call center operation is 9:00 AM/MST until 7:00 PM/MST 7 days a week. A typical work week will be 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and will include a Saturday or Sunday. Training is conducted Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM/MST until 5:30 PM/MST (2 weeks of training).
