Act as a member of the Asset Operations Team in ensuring safe reliable production in compliance with company policy, process and procedures. Provide support, and where required, supervision, as directed by asset management as a member of the operations and maintenance team.</p>
<p>

Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and company HSEQ procedures</p>

Ensure asset is operated in compliance with the Asset Safety case.</p>
<p>
Contribute towards the control of all activities in compliance with the company systems of work.</p>
<p>
Contribute towards continual improvements in standards, safety performance &amp; promote a strong Safety Culture.</p>
<p>
Contribute towards the platform annual safety, production, environmental &amp; operational goals.</p>
<p>
Has a responsibility to set the standard(s) &amp; ensure that work is completed in the correct manner whilst supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the operations team</p>

<p>
Areas of Responsibility Competence Level:</p>

Actively supervise safety and environmental critical activity using appropriate tools (Safety Observations, Field Verification etc).</p>
<p>
Actively coach &amp; develop the Operations team primarily to ensure operating integrity but also to provide a stream of individuals with future potential.</p>
<p>
Maximise production, minimise losses safely.</p>
<p>
Lead RCA's into losses and drive corrective actions to complete</p>
<p>
Facilitate maintenance &amp; repair of the facilities in an efficient manner.</p>
<p>
Acting as primary PTW Issuer, contribute towards safe systems of work - EG PTW, Isolations, Control of inhibits, Flange management (i.e. maintain records &amp; system in accordance with the procedure).</p>
<p>
Act as PTW Responsible person.</p>
<p>
Act as offshore operations focal point for minor Ops Mods and vendor activities</p>
<p>
Lead by example and set the standard for the operations shift team</p>
<p>
Capable of delivering on commitments and working unsupervised.</p>
<p>
Able to mediate / facilitate across a broad spectrum of groups to deliver a timely fit for purpose solution.</p>
<p>
Have an appreciation of all other disciplines/roles.</p>
<p>
Completed competencies required as an Operations Technician</p>
<p>
Be trained and deemed competent as an Assessor within the training and competency process.</p>
<p>
CRO Competency or AA competency/Experience.</p>
<p>
Ability to stand-in as Operations Co-Ordinator/ Shift Supervisor</p>
<p>
Experience within the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industries.</p>
