Partnering with cross-functional teams you will deliver successful projects and develop innovations.<br><br>As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Handling and holding of mechanical assemblies & accessories</li><li>Recognising and validating mechanical components and assemblies as per drawings and bills of material, maintaining accurate and complete records</li><li>Testing metal grade components/fittings, maintaining traceability records of same</li><li>Working to assigned production orders, preparing and validating components and subassemblies to ensure orders progress in line with execution timelines</li><li>Performing inventory control tasks ensuring inventory is correlating with our MRP system</li><li>Valuing health and safety in the workplace and continue HSE safe practices at work with the help of every employee</li><li>Ensuring commitment and compliance with Baker Hughes Quality policy & procedures with focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a minimum school leaving certificate and excited to begin your technical career with Baker Hughes</li><li>Be comfortable working in a ever-changing environment with the ability to multi-task, be a team player and self-motivated</li><li>Have a good understanding and application of mechanical assemblies and recording of components</li><li>Enjoy learning and applying procedural and process principles to mechanical assembly</li><li>Be interested, detail oriented and ensure quality and precision in all areas of work</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
