Head of Structural Engineering

Our Client, a leading energy services company, are looking for a <b>Head of Structural Engineering</b> for a staff role in their Aberdeen Office.<br> <br> <b>Key Accountabilities</b><br> Maintaining discipline procedures, control systems and guidelines necessary to comply with the Business Management System and relevant Legislation Monitoring discipline performance across the company acting on any areas where improvement is required <br><br> Ensure discipline personnel competency audits and performance management reviews are conducted and regularly re-assessed<br><br> Maintain an overview of all Structural workload throughout the business and allocate discipline personnel to support all business areas to ensure delivery of critical business activities <br><br> To identify and manage interface with external consultants and specialist resource services necessary to support engineering delivery.<br><br> Provide discipline input to bids and business development activities<br><br> Structural representative within Client global communities of Practice<br> <br> <b>Knowledge & Qualifications</b><br> Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline with Chartered status.<br><br> Background in managing a engineering team within an office environment.<br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
