As an Operations Leader, you will support in driving customer satisfaction by delivering all related operations within the Services business in the region.<br />
<br />
As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Being responsible in providing technical support the large team of field service, workshop resources, and ad hoc contractors in liaison with the broader Services teams</li>
<li>Demonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.</li>
<li>Working closely with the regional Operation Delivery Managers to ensure work scopes are planned, executed on-time and as per budget.</li>
<li>Working closely with support staff (Sales and Commercial, HR, Finance, Sourcing, Engineering) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.</li>
<li>Establishing objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.</li>
<li>Delivering the operational targets for functional area including safety, quality, workforce planning and labour utilisation (Field Service &amp; Workshop), productivity, OTD, financial planning, and operational goals.</li>
<li>Being responsible in providing strategic level/long-term planning (3, 6, and 12 months)</li>
<li>Driving continuous improvement projects, including digital, to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives.</li>
<li>Providing mentoring to team members to develop their skill-set and improve performance</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor&
39;s Degree in Technical / Engineering or equivalent.</li>
<li>5+ years of related experience in similar role working in a production/services environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated history of being an HSE champion and driving a zero harm culture</li>
<li>Have operations and/or Project Management background within a similar industry</li>
<li>Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills</li>
<li>Display a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build successful relationships</li>
<li>Have strong people management skills/experience</li>
<li>Be able to demonstrate an ability to lead and influence others</li>
</ul>
