As Talent Acquisition Partner you will work closely with hiring managers and candidates on an end to end hiring process. You will lead the professional talent acquisition strategy for PepsiCo UK, with focus on Finance and/or Commercial functions. What will you gain? Work that Works! – we have an amazing office but you can also work from home.Main accountabilities: Become an advisor to Hiring Managers and HR BPs. Interview and assess Candidates on the initial phases of the recruitment process. Extend offers of employment in collaboration with the HR team. Maintain accurate records of all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities. Apply strategic sourcing techniques to build the best and diverse talent communities Analyze internal/external data to drive talent insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Leverage social media and in-house TA technology to identify and attract the best candidates. Examples of the roles to be recruited for: Commercial Planning Analyst, Management Accountant, Finance Bussines Partner, FP&A Analyst, Brand Manager, Shopper Activation Manager, Category Manager and Ecommerce Marketing Executive. Qualifications/Requirements 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, including full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition experience. Experience in recruitment in UK market would be a strong advantage. Strong communication skills in English. End to end recruiting knowledge, including search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation, and onboarding. Reliable advisor abilities, supported by solid understanding of business, external labour market, competitive landscape and data analytics.
