Dynamic sales role working across VIC and TAS Sports Medicine business Great Place to Work® Certified - 2022 Challenging role, with scope for growth and career development THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Manager to join our Sports Medicine business at DePuy Synthes responsible for managing VIC and TAS. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, you will lead a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and agreed account metrics, identifying, and developing business opportunities by disrupting customer thinking and building consensus for DePuy Synthes solutions while managing the company’s activities and resources applied to each account within the region. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to deliver and exceed the agreed business plan, you will promote key account planning as a way of working, while coaching and mentoring team members to develop their account management competencies. In additional, this role will also be responsible for driving growth within a specified territory RESPONSIBILITIES Provide coaching and support to Sports Mitek team to increase unit growth, profitability, and market share for existing and potential customers across the Vic/Tas Region Implement business strategies and coordinate internal business processes to support and deliver service value where appropriate that result in improved outcomes for the customer Hold regular meetings with Specialists to share customer feedback and align on strategic focus Provide strategic procedural support to ensure customers’ utilizing of DePuy Synthes products and technology Coordinate local professional educational events Complete routine administration tasks on time and accurately e.g. monthly reports, expenses, mileage reports Report Adverse Events and product quality complaints in a timely way according to current guidelines/SOP. Qualifications ITS ALL ABOUT YOU Tertiary qualification in Health Sciences, Business or Engineering or related fields. Prior industry experience within sports medicine or orthopedic medical devices is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership attributes and achievements Strong collaborator able to create genuine partnerships.
