FP&A Cash Out Senior Analyst

Overall Purpose of the Role The Division FP&A Cash Out Senior Analyst is responsible for Division cash out reporting, analysis and planning at Division level. He/She will lead/animate/coordinate all FP&A processes as they pertain to cash out, including reporting & analysis, forecasting, prioritization, target setting, efficiency tracking, prior, labor rate campaign, and others. The role has no direct reports; however, it has the responsibility of providing direction/guidance to Analysts at Competency Centre, ensuring all managerial scopes below Division are adequately supported, and providing instructions for all FP&A processes described above. Roles and Responsibilities Analysis of Monthly Performance Preparation and presentation of monthly performance, adequately explained for variances against Prior, Forecast, Targets. For this task, it is necessary to coordinate with work done by Competency Center Analysts for all managerial scopes below Division level. Although Accounting team may be responsible for accuracy of actuals, the FP&A Senior Analyst must maintain communication with relevant departments and process owners to ensure the integrity and reliability of accounting data is maintained. HFM Performance Works with other stakeholders to ensure CCO performance (BM allocations, upstream) is properly reported. Provides inputs for HFM AOC and PFCA. Point of Contact for Analytical Review Point of contact within Division to address questions regarding monthly Cash Out performance/forecast. Analysis is typically provided to Division CFO and business leaders, EM FP&A, Corporate, Accounting, and Auditors. Intercompany Processes Without being the process owner, ensures all stakeholders maintain adequate processes for intercompany processes (e.g. SERN) and respect policies and guidelines that are ultimately necessary for accurate and reliable performance reporting. Rolling Forecast Process owner and animator of RF cycles within the Division; communicates guidance in line with EM FP&A; tracks and monitors progress, consistency and accuracy of all managerial scope forecast; coordinates discussion meetings; consolidates submissions and presents Division view. Prioritization and Cash Out Plan Responsible for the animation of the annual process of Prioritization and Cash Out Plan within the Division; collects data from all perimeters and prepares consolidated view, AOC. Annual Targets Supports CFO on the Cash Out target setting process within the Division managerial scopes. Labor Rate Campaign Leads the process of labor rate update within Division; produces overall guidance, instructions, timelines; ensures consistency and compliance with EM. Coordination and Animation of Corporate processes Point of contact for global reporting requirements and Corporate initiatives. Responsible for driving reporting compliance within all perimeters of the Divisions. Prior Lead Leads the Prior campaign, setting up and communicating processes, implementing Division governance and ensuring compliance, managing prior flow processing, and ensuring completion of campaign by set deadlines. Transformation Supports the EM Transformation objectives by bringing optimization, standardization, simplification and automation to EM FP&A processes. Audit/Governance Focal point of contact for internal / external governance activities as they relate to Division Cash Out, including audit, KIC,s etc. Ad-Hoc Other Ad-Hoc responsibilities as they pertain to Energy Management Cash Out.
