Press Operator (2nd Shift)

PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking a Press Technician Operator for the afternoon shift. Must be able to train on the day shift for 2-3 months. ***The first 2-3 months will be training from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. After that, this role is an afternoon shift from 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM*** Responsibilities Layup layers for material stackup (covercoat & stiffener) for flexible & rigid flex boards Set up, operate & maintain pressing machine Remove and clean panels and parts after pressing and move to next process Document job completion by completing Production log book Maintain safe operation by obeying safety measures and regulations Material preparation (cutting covercoat & releasing materials) Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred knowledge and experience in flexible or rigid board industry Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform highly repetitive task Ability to perform data collection and keep accurate records consistently Ability to multitask with minimal of supervision Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English OSI Systems, Inc. has three operating divisions: (a) Security, providing security and inspection systems, turnkey security screening solutions and related services; (b) Healthcare, providing patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology and anesthesia systems; and (c) Optoelectronics and Manufacturing, providing specialized electronic components and electronic manufacturing services for original equipment manufacturers with applications in the defense, aerospace, medical and industrial markets, among others.
