Fire System Technician

Job Summary Amentum is seeking a Fire System Technician for our Alice Springs, Australia location responsible for the inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of fire alarm detection and suppression systems at JDFPG, in accordance with all relevant manufacturer specifications and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. Minimum Requirements Demonstrated, considerable experience with Fire Alarm Systems NICET II Well-developed interpersonal skills Well-developed communication skills, written and oral Proven ability to work as an individual and as a member of a team Well-developed time management skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Current driver’s license 2 years in facilities and projects related industry Must possess or have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a poly (US) or TSPV (AUS) Preferred Qualifications Fire Alarm Systems NICET III or higher (desirable) Technical trade certificate (desirable)
