Product Manager - Mentor Canada

Mentor Worldwide LLC, a Johnson & Johnson operating company is recruiting for a Product Manager located in Markham, ON, Canada. Mentor is a leading supplier of breast implants and tissue expanders in the global aesthetic market. The company develops, manufactures, and markets innovative, science-based products for surgical and non-surgical medical procedures that allow breast surgery patients to improve their quality of life. The company is focused on two strategic areas: breast reconstruction and breast augmentation. MENTOR® is the only manufacturer whose silicone breast implants are made in the U.S.A. Key Responsibilities: Managing assigned portfolio brands, designing and executing product lifecycle plans and strategies. Work closely with sales team for effective execution of business marketing plans. Understand trends, develop insights and make business decisions through data analytics and market information. Report on qualitative, quantitative and competitive data related to portfolio. Lead the Aesthetics strategy for Canada and support creative internal and external commercial partnerships to expand the business in key target segments. Participate with global teams representing the region. Build and support Key opinion leader relationships and customer insight initiatives. Collaborate with Professional education, so we craft and develop relevant engagements with customers. Lead the development and execution of strategies and tactics for projects and new product launches to local market, which include specific guidelines with respect to market opportunity, product positioning sales messaging, sales strategy, pricing, demand plan and inventory, and sales promotion. Actively contribute to the digital transformation efforts through key projects in social media and other relevant digital channels to address patients and Healthcare professionals. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably a major in Marketing, Business or other related field. MBA preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: 5 years of professional relevant commercial experience including sales and marketing. Consistent record of teaming skills and working with different functions through projects. Ability to influence multiple partners. The role is dynamic and fast paced, so time management, prioritization, and growing through ambiguity are key. Ideal candidate should be proactive and self directed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present to business leaders, sales force and customers. Preferred: Background in product management and digital marketing. Plastic and reconstructive and or medical devices' experience is an asset. Other: Proficient in English. French an asset.
