Field Force Effectivenessシニアマネジャーポジション（EG-120） 所属：Field Force Effectiveness Group, Sales Strategy & Operations, Commercial Excellence 【業務内容】 役割概要：ニューコマーシャルモデル担当案件に関する部門横断プロジェクトマネジメント（グルーバル案件を含む） コマーシャル組織の部門横断プロジェクトマネジメント 複数の事業部門にまたがる部門横断プロジェクトマネジメント 営業部門と関連部門との協働プロジェクトのマネジメント 外部ビジネスパートナーとの共同プロジェクトのマネジメント 営業活動（MRを含めたオムニチャネル活動）と業績や各種KPIなどの分析 CRM・SFA、実消化、DWH（データウェアハウス）の推進・管理運用・トレーニング インセンティブ報酬プランの設計運用 【役割詳細】 CRM・SFA・DWH各機能について、営業組織の要件を纏め、ITと協業して生産性向上・効率化推進とトレーニング 社内データのマスタ（JD-NET、組織、人事、テリトリー、薬局紐付、製品、顧客）管理プロセスを構築し、常に最新且つ正確な運用 業務改善や文化醸成をクロスファンクションで行うコミュニケーションやプロジェクトマネジメント セグメンテーションとターゲティング、KPI目標設定、売上計画設定、インセンティブ報酬計画設計などのプロセスの実行・サポート グローバルチームへのビジネス要件の伝達とグローバルプロジェクトの推進 業界やテクノロジーのトレンドを調査して、自社の企画・戦略のサポート 【必要なスキル・経験など】 大学卒業以上 製薬会社での勤務経験または製薬会社へのコンサルティング経験 医薬品のデータ・システムに関する知識（JD-NET、ENCISE、IQVIA、ULTMARC、VEEVAなど）　 プロジェクトマネジメント、クロスファンクショナルな環境で仕事を進め、実行するスキル ステークホルダーマネジメント リーダーシップ（主体的に考え、行動できる） 問題解決力・ロジカルシンキング コミュニケーション、人間関係構築スキル プレゼンテーションスキルやドキュメンテーションスキル（MS PowerPoint、MS Word） ビジネス英語力（英語で会議ができる・資料作成ができるレベル） Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
