Il assure également le support technique à la gestion et à la recherche documentaire. Responsabilités générales Procéder à la gestion des divers systèmes rattachés à la gestion documentaire. Assure le suivi auprès de ses différents clients. Gérer le centre documentaire Supporter les clients internes pour assister les demandeurs sur site – Les orienter pour trouver les documents Prendre en charge le classement et gestion papier des documents Effectuer de l'archivage de documents, vérifier les boites d’archive du site et mettre à jour des fichiers de suivi associés Coordonner et effectuer les demandes d'envoi et retour de boîtes des clients avec le fournisseur externe.
