The Opportunity We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory team as Consultants working in our Deal Advisory practice within the Strategy service line in the Montreal Office. What you will do As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in KPMG’s Advisory Practice, you will focus on fundamental business issues that organizations across various industries should address to help them flourish. You will: Develop hypotheses and conduct primary and secondary research to support intellectual capital development for the firm Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data Build financial models Provide strategic analysis, business planning and growth scenario definition Work effectively in teams and independently to deliver on projects for our clients Work collaboratively with client teams and help develop client capabilities You can expect to be an active member of the project teams, play different roles on a variety of projects and contribute to all aspects of building a strategy consulting practice (e.g. community, business development, and culture). What you bring to the role You have demonstrated academic excellence, strong all-around capabilities and excel in a dynamic, fluid and entrepreneurial environment. In addition, you have: An outstanding academic record from your undergraduate degree (e.g. B.Comm, B.Eng), master’s degree, or professional experience 1 – 3 years of experience The ability to handle a broad range of projects with competing priorities and deadlines under pressure A creative mind with the ability to solve complex problems Exceptional oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel A positive attitude, an open mind, and a ready-to-learn mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French *Candidates are asked to provide copy of their transcript of records.
