At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for an <b>Operations Specialist </b>within <b>ETB Singapore Branch </b>in <b>Singapore, Asia</b>. You will be responsible for the management of supply and delivery /loading schedules with internal and external counterparties meeting trading objectives while seeking optimization and ensuring compliant.<br />

<b>As a member of the portfolio management and trading team </b><b> at ETB Singapore Branch you will be responsible for </b> :</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>the day-to-day operations related to the execution of the whole deal life-cycle for commodity contracts generated by pertinent Oil Trading Team(s) in an operationally and optimal manner.</li>
<li>cargo and shipping operations, by sea and/or for land and is responsible to ensure voyage and land related operations such as vessel/ truck clearances, cargo/quantity and date range nomination, issuing of voyage orders etc are to be executed timely and accurately.</li>
<li>the nomination of Inspection Companies (independent inspections etc) for related cargo quality/quantity controls and ensuring the consistency of the obtained results.</li>
<li>post deal activities for customs clearance, demurrage and claims for example in ensuring all necessary operational information are passed in good time.</li>
<li>the requested tasks and duties to timely and accurately perform the activity related to the provisions of company&
39;s procedure and Risk Control Matrix are in place;</li>
<li>keeping and ensuring all operational data is to be updated into ENDUR system timely and accurately up-to-date manner to facilitate accurate information flow.</li>
<li>All adequate operational records are to be kept and handled properly in accordance to internal control guidelines and meeting SOX requirements.</li>
<li>Daily internal interface with operational teams, traders, charterers, shipping, invoicing, claims, demurrage and legal and ensure good working relationship with all relevant internal departments.</li>
<li>&quot;On purpose&quot; requests related to operations activities generated by Trading Team.</li>
<li>Manage storage locations including stock reconciliations</li>
<li>Adhere to Eni Code of Ethics and all other applicable company policy at all times.</li>
</ul>

</p>

<ul>
<li>Strong academic credentials with a numeracy-oriented specialization.</li>
<li>Significant experience in oil trading environment and multi-commodities operational management are compulsory.</li>
<li>Proficiency in handling cargo documentation, bill of lading, inspection activity related to Quality &amp; Quantity controls, LC, Demurrage management (basic calculation and preventing from time-bar); voyage orders, customs duty and clearance related issues; Storage management and Ship-to-Ship operations; Blending; REACH provisions and requirements; Cargo Insurance issues;</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Commodity and Vessels Operations activities including Cargoes, Time Charters, Voyage Charters, Ships;</li>
<li>Full command of English language (written and spoken);</li>
<li>Awareness of Credit Recovery, Procedures, Compliance Policy;</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.</li>
</ul>
