The purpose of this role is to support the line manager in the delivery of Service Excellence to all our customers, ensuring a consistent and professional approach from all our technicians. This is a field based team leadership role to support the local technicians in their day to day activities. It is the Service Team Leader’s responsibility to deliver the KPI’s given, with the Local Operations Manager remaining accountable. Responsibilities and Duties: Technicians report directly to Service Team Leader. Provide support to the business in front line customer engagement. Support the Local Operations Manager and Area Operations Manager in maximising productivity across the Technician team. Ensure quality control measures are adhered to and checked. Support the TPA (Technical Performance Assessment) process and assist the Local Operations Manager to produce development plans for Technicians. Ensure the business process for procurement, sourcing of preps and equipment for Technicians are adhered to. Provide Technical Support on a day to day basis as well as supporting front line training for technicians. Minimum of Four days per week spent in the field. Lead the development of ‘Best Practice’ in service delivery across the team.
