Your Role: The IT PMO team is in search for a Program Coordinator to support the IT PMO BizApps team. This candidate will possess the skills and abilities to effectively organize program schedules and activities, follow program outlines, communicate broadly across business units, maintain documentation, and manage tasks within active workstreams. The right candidate will have an interest in IT/Technology, is currently enrolled in school or a formal training program within IT and can communicate effectiveness with stakeholders. Responsibilities Your Impact: In this role, you will be able to work closely with a group of experience program managers (global) Collaborate with leaders across the organization (and with your local team) Lead key tactics within larger programs and strategies Drive business value through the successfully completion of work activities Build strategies that ultimately fosters success and growth for the company Qualifications Your Experience: Ability to execute on plan and act with urgency Agile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindset Demonstrates high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and makes thoughtful recommendations Understands customer focus and solutions Driven to help others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree in IT (with some experience in project or program management) Agile / Scrum background (or software development equivalent, XP, etc.) Certified Scrum Masters/PO + Experience working in distributed settings
