Job Description The duties will include: Supporting team members in case of more complex queries received by email and phone (process clarification and sharing the best practices within customer service area) Answering general questions related to process specifics, usage of tools and applications raised by team members Supporting team members in their activities in cases of workload increase or absences Performing regular Quality Checks for newcomers and team members Review of the daily auto allocation Managing split of updates of absent agents Preparation of forward and updated tickets reports Performing trainings for newcomers including Introduction Card training Checking knowledge tests taken by newcomers Managing VMD chasing and other regular reports Raising tickets in case of system outages Reporting to SD Team Leaders operational, quality and IT issues Initiating improvements in Service Desk department (participation in White Belt projects, process improvement initiatives) Reporting working time in OnPoint on a daily basis Reporting to SD Team Leader the need of overtime in advance Performing other tasks delegated by SD Team Leader We are looking for candidates with: Previous Accounts Payable experience; Good level of German and English language; Good verbal and written communication skills; Organizational and analytical skills; Knowledge of Excel and ability to build and analyze reports Ability to find problems’ root causes, propose solutions and make decision; Highly motivated, proactive and flexible; Can work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy; What we offer: Competitive salary and bonus program Employment contract Remote work/hybrid model Full time Monday to Friday (without night shifts) Good opportunities to start professional career Work in dynamic international environment Daily contact with foreign clients Access to comprehensive learning, training and development via our extensive Global learning platform.
