We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our team as a Consultant working in our ESG practice in Toronto starting September 2023. Consultants usually join coming from an undergraduate degree or Master’s degree with less than 2 year’s work experience. What you bring to the role To evaluate the range of skillsets our candidates bring we use a two “track” system during the interview process: strategist track and technical track. We’ve included a description below to help guide your track selection. Strategist Track: Undergraduate degree in sustainability management, business, public policy, or other relevant programs Technical Track: Undergraduate degree in engineering, environmental science, or other technical programs Regardless of your track, we are looking for candidates that bring a genuine interest and passion for all things ESG and a strong drive to contribute to making a positive impact. What you bring to the role Strong academic performance Ability to combine both quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve sustainability-related business problems Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality work Demonstrated record of leadership roles in academic and/or extracurricular activities; leadership in sustainability-related activities a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time Strong verbal and written communication skills Candidates must be entering their final year of their current program, with graduation in Spring of 2023 to be eligible for this position.
