As a Department Administrator, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Advanced computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or company-specific databases.</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of practices and procedures of the department and company.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Bill of Lading generation</li>
<li>Invoicing/ pricing validation</li>
<li>Inventory tracking</li>
<li>Purchase order generation and tracking</li>
<li>Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.</li>
<li>Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.</li>
</ul>

<li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
