In this role you will be responsible for major and complex financial analysis and presentation ensuring validity of source data.<br><br>As a Lead Operations Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Analyzing and providing financial data for operational reviews, pacing and financial reconciliations.</li><li>Leading regional SOX compliance, review with regional team, drive improved performance and apply control plans to achieve continuous process/data compliance.</li><li>Ensuring deployment and compliance to regional SAP projects and process controls, including defining SAP project structure, schedule and cost baseline.</li><li>Providing regional support for SAP changes, assisting with roll-outs, user training, reporting for new processes, providing on-going support and monitoring processes.</li><li>Being the SAP / BW / BO / BI expert for your region - answers application/process questions for Project and Service Managers.</li><li>Ensuring that revenues and cost were correctly reported from SAP and non-SAP sites to HFM, TS and be accountable to review and record CM Variation Across P&L.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's education from an accredited university or college.</li><li>Have minimum 1 year and half of experience in services / operations management.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.</li><li>Have Experience in SAP.</li><li>Have knowledge in Baker Hughes financial process.</li><li>Demonstrate Leadership and Analytical skills.</li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
