<p>Below are the minimum expected qualifications needed for Well Control Instructors:</p>

<p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements:</u></strong></p>

<ol>
<li value=''''>University degree in (Petroleum/Mechanical) engineering with minimum 5 years oil field experience (<em>filling a position of Rig Toolpusher, Rig Manager or Rig Foreman experience</em>).</li>
<li value=''''>Minimum 10 years oil filed experience if no university degree is available (<em>with minimum 5 years filling a position of Rig Toolpusher, Rig Manager or Rig Foreman experience</em>).</li>
<li value=''''>Valid IADC WellSharp Instructor Certificate (<em>Acceptable Surface Stack / Supervisor Level</em>).</li>
<li value=''''>Fluent English (Speaking/Reading/Writing).</li>
</ol>

<p><strong><u>Supporting Documents: </u></strong></p>

<ol>
<li value=''''>Detailed resume with references.</li>
<li value=''''>Valid IADC WellSharp Instructor's Certificate.</li>
<li value=''''>Summary and references for the Well Control Courses conducted in the last 2 years.</li>
<li value=''''>Recent <strong>ILETS</strong> certificate with minimum 7 overall score in not less than 5.5 in each element (<em>if English is not their first language</em>).</li>
