Purpose of the job As Digital Services Transformation Leader you will support digital service growth acceleration and transformation. You will support and ease the Digital transformation of our countries Main missions Support Annual Execution Plan related to Digital Services (Process, Offers, Cookbooks, …) Promote and deploy current & future order booking process to countries under the leadership of Field Services teams Coordinate meetings, trainings, on relevant topics to increase digital services efficiency in country Follow country’s maturity by managing & improving (from specification to test) monthly reports, dashboards to follow adoption Promote and deploy new offers structure, SKU localization, contracts and Digital Work Order creation to offer managers, BDs, Category Managers, Execution, and countries Propose a model to secure data quality improvement: IB, bFO, bFS, Contact names, SKU localization on existing offers and secure adoption upstream by offer managers Provide feed-back to the Global Simplify team to improve processes, tools, offer’s execution based on your analysis done with countries. boost the adoption of the Digital WO Optimize process inefficiencies Support deployment of PM training (CPP and DS E2E) Ensure acceleration of backlog execution Support Offer Execution Leaders during pilot phase of new offers in the US and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement Qualifications Education: Master degree specialized in Computer Science, information System or Project management A minimum of 2 years Project Management leadership Experience in a modern, dynamic project team Experience in delivering services-based projects successfully Speak fluently French, English. Assignment duration: 18 Months Location : Nashville (USA) The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals.
