Job Description Job Description Works with senior executives and senior leadership from segments and corporate. Identifies underlying assumptions, risks, opportunities, and provides explanations on variances. Consolidates and analyzes complex financial data to assess how we are tracking against forecast/plan. Ensures understanding and compliance with company polices and Internal Controls. Supports planning processes and understands major assumptions & other drivers of all sectors and components for the company. Uses deductive reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations. Interfaces with and influences key stakeholders. May guide small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Skills +3 years of experience in Finance or FP&A Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel and Power Point required, PowerPivot desired) Must speak and write fluent English. Highly skilled in financial analysis and planning Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing procedures. Ability to complete work self-guided. Exercises judgement based on reviewing many sources of information. Demonstrably able to analyze complex matters and provide value-added opinion and guidance Excellent communication skills Decisive and thoughtful: able to set priorities and manage expectations Exceptional knowledge of enterprise financial systems (JDE, Tableau, DOMO, Hyperion, etc.) Ability to clearly explains difficult or sensitive information. Works to build consensus within a team.
