OT Cybersecurity Services Manager - F/M

You are an OT Cybersecurity Expert from many years, then you can join the Cybersecurity CSH Team who deliver OT Cyber Managed Services to Industrial Sites! As Technical Leader of the Cyber CSH you will part of the Schneider Digital Business Unit in the Cybersecurity Department. You will join an international team to monitor cybersecurity events on Industrial sites and brings your expertise to protect them from threats. Missions Lead and coordinate OT Threat Detection and remediation Team (10 people) Provide OT cybersecurity expertise to the Team and lead continuous improvement and enrichment of catalog of services Make continuous Threat monitoring and Threat Hunting Lead threats Remediation Manage the vulnerability management and remediation Deliver L1 & L2 support to industrial Sites on OT Cybersecurity activities Perform the training of the people in industrial sites Structure the cyber KPI’s monitoring and dashboarding Qualifications You have BAC +5 or Engineer in computing/security/automation Around 10 years’ experience in OT cybersecurity Strong experience in SOC services Previous experience on: L3 analyst and SOC Build/Run operations Steering committees with International and large-scale companies Management and Hiring process You are skilled into Threat Intelligence tools as Threat Quotient, MISP, SoltraEdge, Limo STAXX, the Hive/Cortex You have expertise on IT OT Vulnerability management with OpenVAS scanner and WSUS Offline. Skills on : - NIDS Probes and Firewall : FireEye HX/NX, Claroty CTD/SRA, Nozomi Guardian, PaloAltoNG Firewall, PfSense, Stormshield, Moxa Firewall - SIEM and SOAR tools : IBM Qradar (7.3.1) / RSA SecurityAnalytics (10.5) / Splunk Enterprise/ Graylog ELK, Resilient - Standards knowledge: IEC 62443 – NIST SP800-53 – ISO 27000 - MITRE Attack for IT and ICS - Operating Systems and Distributions: Windows / Liniux / VirtualBox/VMware ESXi and associated tools : CronTab / Cygwin-WSL / Sed-Awk/ Tcpdump / Wireshark/ Brim Soft Skills : - Patient, tenacious, focused and serious - Pedagogical, empathetic and sensitive - Adaptable, sociable, jovial and naturally sharing Schedule: Full-time Req: 007S6E
