As a Principal Program manager, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through daily engagement supporting tangible program execution. Responsibilities Your Impact: In this role, you will be able to drive real change focused on program deliverables through sound practices and efforts. Collaborate with numerous experts in various fields of study as programs drive wholistic change. Lead team members in various aspects of agile project practices . Drive efforts to completion while managing the resources and communications to affect real change. Build strategies within various groups to map departmental vision as we approach the growth objectives set clearly by the organizational executives. Qualifications Your Experience: Ability to execute on plan and act with urgency Agile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindset Demonstrates high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and makes thoughtful recommendations Understands customer focus and solutions Driven to help others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum of 12 years’ experience within an IT organization focused on growth Preferred experience of 8 years in Information Technology Project Management fields
