<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Individual Giving Manager<br />Health Charity, Oxford<br />Hybrid Working or Home Based Offered<br />£34,000 - £40,000</p><p>We are looking for a talented Individual Giving Manager to join a friendly and busy Fundraising team for a Health Charity in Oxford. The Individual Giving Manager leads the delivery of the individual giving programme to maximise income from individual donors. You will be responsible for both donor recruitment and retention activities and will work across several different income streams, including Regular Giving, cash, lottery and legacies to deliver over £1 million income annually. You will deliver a calendar of fundraising campaigns and activities across digital and traditional channels, including direct mail, telephone, face to face, social media and email. You will responsible for monitoring performance of individual giving income streams, evaluating all campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.</p><p>You will be creative and enthusiastic and possess strong relationship management skills, alongside an ability to simultaneously work on different projects. The position requires someone with a can-do attitude who is both creative and analytical. You will be digitally savvy with a passion for excellence in supporter care.</p><p>This role offers the right candidate a great opportunity to make a real impact in an extraordinary Charity based in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have experience in individual giving or marketing and a track record of excellent project management.</p><p>Essential skills and experience for the role:</p><p>Experience in delivering marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including social media, email and direct mail<br />Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and delivering them to budget and schedule<br />Experience in monitoring budgets, regular variance reporting and reforecast and planning contingency action to achieve financial targets.<br />Analysis skills and the ability to use data and supporter insight to support decision making <br />Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to write concise briefs and inspiring fundraising copy <br />Ability to proactively plan and manage a varied and busy workload with strong attention to detail.</p><p>Interested applicants should send their CV in the first instance.</p><p>Charity People actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.
