The Role – Looking for Release Manager with good experience in Release Management/ Implementation management @ Melbourne / Sydney location. Job Details include… Excellent Stakeholder Management Minimum 5 years’ experience in Release Management/ Implementation management. Experience in using JIRA , Confluence and any other Release Management tools. Proficient in using Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Project etc. Being aware of ITIL methodologies/ ITIL Certified Experience in Release management for product based companies. Experience in working through Agile delivery models. Knowledge of Cloud based infrastructure and how they operate. Knowledge of CICD, Devops capabilities etc. Understanding of Environment Management and processes. Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel and able to work under pressure to meet milestones and deadlines. Highly structured, pro-active and hands on. Ability to simplify activities and prioritise focus on critical tasks. Ability to effectively distil information for reporting and tracking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities of this role will be: Project Release Management / BAU release Management - Plan/schedule and collaborate the implementation of project deliverables and BAU deliverables. Environment management of Non-Prod environments. Contribute towards the overall Release Management and Environment Management framework. Define new ways of working and releasing required for a Product based company. This includes continuous improvement. Tracking of day to day implementation planning activities. Managing the quality of the change through the delivery lifecycle to preserve the integrity and stability of production. This includes the collaboration with the QA team. Listening, coordinating and communication with IT and Product Stakeholders across all the IT teams, project teams and the internal Quality and Release Team. Defining and tracking key milestones. Early detection and escalation of at risk milestones. Ability to work after hours(only as and when applicable). If you only meet some of the requirements for this role, that's okay !!!
