Regional Triage Leader

What will you do: Take lead in defining category specific business rules and guidelines, which will then be used by the Procurement Operations team in PO transactions Facilitate the working sessions where Regional Category Managers, Sourcing Team and country procurement team build above rules and guidelines Collaborate with other workstreams (Catalog, Tail Spend etc.) to ensure the guidelines are in sync with category strategy Deliver trainings to Sourcing team, Procurement Operations team on category guidelines Monitor guideline performance and continuously optimize the guidelines Participate other key initiatives including RPA etc. What will help you to be successful in this role: Strong English communication skills, written and oral Previous project management and Procurement / tools and digitization background. Self-driven / motivated individual with proven influencing and management skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business in related field (i.e. Project Management / Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related field of study). Proficient using Microsoft Office, eProcurement tools and Project Management tools. Ability to manage and resolve difficult and challenging situations.
