FX & Cash Management Treasury Specialist

What will you do? Identify currency exposures and rollout the appropriate hedge strategies and SOP for FX management across EAJ entities Manage foreign currency risk for a dynamic, multi-program (cash flow hedging, balance sheet hedging, net investment hedging) routinely according to the exposure indication Execute requested foreign currency trades on electronic trading platform and communicating trade details to requestor Coordinate on the FX settlements with all the relevant parties Analyze effectiveness of various hedging programs on monthly basis Work to develop analytical tools to support FX management and monthly analysis ensuring robust, efficient and controlled end-to-end processes and looking for opportunities to improve and automate these Work with cross-functional teams including Tax, Business & Corporate team to support business, corporate & Treasury specific initiatives Lead/assist with ad hoc projects. Ensure maintenance of and compliance with an effective control environment Maintain knowledge of current and evolving FX regulations practices of the countries in EAJ Managing treasury operations on cash pooling/sweeping & forex hedging Support cash management scope whenever needed i.e. Cash flow forecasts, analysis and entity’s liquidity and debt management Understand the corporate policies and how to apply them by country. What qualifications will make you successful? 5+ years of finance experience in treasury, preferably with foreign exchange experience management in MNC At least a Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Finance or Business) Working knowledge of risk management techniques and strategies Effective communication, presentation and social skills with high level of initiative, motivation and curiosity Emphasis on consistently producing high quality results Strong analytical skills, problem solving and critical thinking Ability to work effectively on a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment & to deal with ambiguity Advanced knowledge of Excel & have knowledge of Tableau are a plus Sound understanding of accounting principles of hedging Let us learn about you!
