Process Engineer

<b>Principal Process Engineer </b><br><br>  <br><br> Leap29 are currently working with a valued oil and gas client based in the Netherlands. They are a multi-disciplinary offshore contractor and are looking for a highly skilled process engineer to hold a senior position.<br><br>  <br><br> <b>Location: Den Haag, The Netherlands</b><br><br> <b>Duration: Ongoing contract</b><br><br> <b>Start Date: ASAP</b><br><br> <b> </b><br><br> <b>Responsibilities:</b><br><br>  <br><br><ul><li>We are looking for a hands-on Process Engineer who will join a team of Process Engineers, which provides concept, basic and detailed design services for process systems for both onshore and offshore Oil & Gas facilities.</li><li>You support the projects in planning, identifies scope and progress and being a focal point of process in communication with project team and client.</li><li>Identify the scope changes and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Participate in safety studies, risk assessment and SIL assessments.</li><li>Perform and supervise engineers in performing simulations and calculations such as flare system analysis, equipment sizing, and hydraulic calculations.</li><li>Develop and prepare PFD and P&IDs, charts and safeguarding philosophy.</li></ul> <br><br> <b>Requirements:</b><br><br>  <br><br><ul><li>Bachelors or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.</li><li>10-15 years' experience with high level knowledge as Senior Process Engineer in the oil & gas industry (upstream).</li><li>Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary projects.</li><li>Good knowledge of English (both written and verbal).</li><li>Pro-active and problem solving attitude, analytic, flexible, team player.</li></ul> <br><br> <b>To apply for this position, please follow the link below.</b><br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
