Document Controller

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Seqwater to deliver leading maintenance services in the water industry. These projects cover South East Queensland across multiple locations, assisting Seqwater to provide water for more than 3 million people. <br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Document Controller role in Brisbane or Ipswich for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Your role is to provide document control support to the Major Projects Group by: <br><ul><li> Following the internal record-keeping procedures and systems across the group </li><li> Performing quality assurance checks to ensure all project documentation from the project team and external stakeholders complies with all requirements. </li><li> Work with the project team and contractors to ensure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with the project document formats and requirements and that timely reviews and responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and other contractual requirements are undertaken </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Demonstrated experience as a Document Controller in a large capital infrastructure project environment </li><li> Experience using a Document Management Systems or other specialised project software (<b>InEight / Team Binder and HP TRIM</b> experience desirable). </li><li> High level communication both verbal and written, consultation and negotiation skills </li><li> Strong attention to detail </li></ul><br> The role has the option of being based in the Brisbane CBD or Ipswich. <br><br>If you're an experienced Document Controller, ready for your next project, then we are keen to hear from you today. <br><br>Apply now and take the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity! <br><br>Wood recognise the importance of an inclusive and culturally diverse workforce.
