Responsibilities To manage entire R&D operations with key focus on profitability and optimal utilization of resources. To manage the Microsoft Navision software platform To implement the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 (2009) / 2017 / 2018 Configuring and Administering the New ERP System for company. To implement Business Process Mapping for Supply Chain Management Module (Sales and Marketing; Master Planning – Material and Production; Procurement and Sourcing; Product Information Management; Manufacturing Operations and Production Control; Inventory and Warehouse Management). To design and development of complex and customized Printed Circuit Boards. In charge of the project’s design & planning of layout, scheduling, and products. Lead new product introductions and key projects to support business goals. Ensure design aspects, material, prototype etc. are effectively coordinated and budgets adhered to. To search, compile and analyse data for evaluation on Business / Project feasibility study including financial modelling, business model and cost benefit analysis. To conduct sensory evaluation and analysis on both new products and existing products. To involve in collaboration with industry leaders on building strong alliances to support digitalization in the APAC region (OSI System) To transform the Supply Planning practices of the OPTO’s Company product to achieve Class A standard To access, evaluate and determine technical feasibility of new projects/construction works that are in planning, tendering stage, or pre-qualifying stage. Provide technical oversight and expertise. Develop and implement departmental paperwork procedures to provide for material control requirements and coordinate scheduling of parts through various department. Responsible for designing, coding, debugging, and testing of embedded software/firmware based on product specifications and requirements. Sourcing and maintaining for raw materials for new product application. Be part of a product development team or technology development team and ensure consistent delivery of quality products. Experience in successful handling of operations, product development and played a key role in launch of new products in Electronics manufacturing. Proficient in developing team, putting in place systems and procedures & streamlining with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meet goals within the cost, timeline & quality parameters. To analyse forecast, inventories, vendor lead time, production capacity and related factor to determine production schedule and schedule adjustment to accommodate special or un-forecasted orders. Work closely with various personnel in Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounting, Materials and other department regarding production requirement, equipment capacity, vendor due dates and availability of parts. Guide and train local employees with execute the transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing process. Qualifications Total Years of Experience: 10 years working experience in supply chain management Educational Qualifications: Minimum Degree in business or planning discipline and a strong background in roles involving planning or logistics.They must have excellent project management skills and should be proficient in the use of planning tools and software programs such as Excel.
