Our team provides technical guidance, support and successful project deployment of customer projects, including, planning, testing, deployment and delivery of our cutting-edge, world-class surface wellhead products.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As an Assembler you will perform component assembly of circuit boards, wiring harnesses, connectors, chassis wiring assemblies and mechanical assemblies. You will be mounting and soldering components, wiring harnesses, connectors and mechanical assemblies and perform in-process inspections.<br><br>As an Assembler, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Assembly and disassembly of Wellhead and flow control products.</li><li>Production output within the standard hours in job order.</li><li>Reading and understanding assembly drawing, torque and test maps.</li><li>Reading and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and assembly procedure manuals.</li><li>Understanding bill of material (BOM) and identify required materials to be assembled into a final product and fill up trace data sheets.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will have:<br> <br><ul><li>Diploma or high school diploma with Assembly knowledge.</li><li>Preferred 2 Years' experience in Assembly of Oil & Gas products such as Gate valves, Trees Bonnets, TBG heads, and wellhead products.</li><li>working with hydraulic torque wrenches</li><li>Practical Knowledge on assembly of Valves (Manual/Actuator) , chokes, X-Mas trees, and Wellhead equipment.</li><li>Practical Knowledge on soft seals and fittings installation.</li><li>Practical Knowledge on torqueing requirements identification and applications</li><li>Ability to identify correct pressure test fixtures and fasteners for assembly.</li><li>Practical Knowledge on Standard API test fixtures assembly and disassembly.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
