<b>Objectives :</b><br />
<br />
- Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery to customers.<br />
<br />
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.<br />
<br />
- Implement Standard Work and manage risk during service delivery.<br />
<br />
- Ensure high quality Product and Service Deliver from Mud Logging Analyst at the wellsite.<br />
<br />
Activities :<br />
<br />
- Ensure high quality surface data acquisition, monitoring &amp; intervention.<br />
<br />
- Ensure excellent service quality, job preparation, planning and job execution.<br />
<br />
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.<br />
<br />
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.<br />
<br />
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.<br />
<br />
- Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve service delivery performance using action plans.<br />
<br />
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.<br />
<br />
- Observe HSE policies.<br />
<br />
- Maintain the required safety training.<br />
<br />
- Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.<br />
<br />
- Directly supervise and provide support, training, and instructions to Mud Logging Analysts (to ensure consistent Service Quality).<br />
<br />
<b>Qualifications :</b></p>

<ul>
<li>University Degree (bachelor of Sciences as a minimum) in Geology, Geological Applied Sciences, Earth Sciences or Applied Sciences.</li>
<li>At least 2+ years as Data Analysts</li>
<li>proficient with GSS Hardware, Acquisition System (GN5) and experienced with DA service delivery tasks.</li>
<li>Good interpersonal skills, required to coach/mentor the field crew.</li>
<li>This position will not sponsor workign visa</li>
