Remote Operations Specialist

<p>Responsibilities: Proficient use of computer-based programs related to office applications and web-browsers. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and planning skills. Ability to multi-task with good time management. Team oriented. Qualifications High School Diploma or 2 year technical diploma. 3+ years computer operations experience in the industry preferred. ITIL training preferred.<br />

Career: Technician, technologist or engineer in systems and/or electronics.<br />
Qualities: Excellent communication, proactive, problem solving, team player, responsible, customer service, time availability, reporting.<br />
