What will you do? ● Responsible of the Digital Operations deployment road map on site. ● Manage cross-functional teams, and implement Digital solutions aiming for process robustness, efficiency, and productivity. ● Manage to convert business needs to sustainable digital solutions and standardize. Main activities ● Manage the Digital Operations deployment road map in your site based on the regional annual site roadmap. ● Collect and select improvement opportunities and ideas from various sources and make the connection with digital solutions. ● Define and assure resources for roadmap implementation. ● Lead Digital Operation Deployment internal projects follow-up. ● Ensure a good level of collaboration with the Digital Talents of their Site to deploy the different solutions. ● Promote and manage the deployment of the Digital Solutions to ensure process robustness, efficiency, and productivity. ● Increase awareness and digital acumen level of site employees. ● Promote and challenge data analytic / process automation with digital communities. ● Measure site digital maturity. What qualification will make you successful? ● Computer engineer or technical degree with more than 3 years of experience in the position. ● English level C1 or higher. ● Digital competencies (database, IIoT, BI, Analytics, RPA, …etc ) are required. ● Management and team leadership skills are necessary.
