Your Role: We are currently looking for an engineer to join our Security Event Manager (SEM) team in the Brno office. The SEM application is a web-based application that parses logs from 3rd party applications and executes a security analysis. It's unique for its architecture, performance tasks, data retention issues, and especially security. SEM is a SIEM product. We solve data in a larger with a focus on Security Analysts’ needs. If you want to develop a product that uses thousands of customers focused on security, SEM is the right choice. Responsibilities Implement features and grow to the Senior role Architect, design, code, unit test, automate test and deliver Write a clean code Java, IntelliJ Idea, GitHub, Help with CI/CD pipeline YAML, Kotlin, TeamCity, Infrastructure as a code Communicate with other team members MS Teams, Jira, Confluence Work in Agile environment Scrum, grooming, planning, retrospective We as developers are responsible for releasing the product from requirement analysis to its final packaging. You would be therefore responsible for bringing the best principles into our process. We value everybody that wants to bring the best of themself and improve what and how we do. Qualifications You need to have skills to develop clean and maintainable code and follow commonly used best practices, e.g., unit testing, KISS, design patterns, etc. The primary key is that you are a team player and hard worker still willing to learn new technologies.
