To create PO and ensure PO is sent promptly to suppliers To update the acknowledge dates from suppliers To monitor open PO status to ensure supplier performance meeting the committed delivery dates To response, expedite and escalate as per requirement from Customers To resolve shipment discrepancy with Warehouse, Transport, supplier and insurance company To manage the Procurement activities efficiently through the appropriate use of transportation modes and consolidation to ensure minimum logistics cost The scope of Procurement includes both direct and indirect purchase To follow up with Business Development team on new product launch and substitution plan to manage product life cycle To monitor stock consumption and follow up with appropriate actions to minimize E&O Qualifications Written and spoken English At least 2 year experience in logistics, supply chain or procurement Proficient in operating SAP MM module Intermediate or higher level in using Excel software Basic knowledge in incoterm and working experience with forwarders Good process understanding of inbound from oversea supplier to destination and outbound from either our warehouse or supplier (in case of drop shipment) to customer destination What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
