<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Consultant with a background in Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical Engineering or Trades to join our Operational Management Solutions (OMS) team. Ideally we would base the role in Perth, however applications from those based in Melbourne or Brisbane are also welcomed.<br />
<br />
In this role you will be based in a key client office and report to the Team Lead, working primarily on packages and campaigns that will draw on your interpersonal and collaboration skills.<br />
<br />
Responsibilities of the role include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Standardise maintenance plans across equipment types</li>
<li>Optimise maintenance plans by package / system</li>
<li>Review isolation boundaries, live vs shutdown</li>
<li>Identify maintenance items and frequency</li>
</ul>

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b><br />
<br />

<ul>
<li>Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation - those with extensive experience and Trades qualifications are also encouraged to apply</li>
<li>8+ years experience in maintenance and reliability engineering</li>
<li>Recent relevant experience in FMEA, RCM, ECA, PMO, Spares / Inventory optimisation</li>
<li>Operational maintenance experience in Oil & Gas / Mining / Infrastructure / Manufacturing in rotating assets is essential</li>
<li>Strong safety focus and culture, appreciation for Control of Work protocols, understanding of isolation requirements and field execution of maintenance</li>
<li>Asset Management qualifications or experience would be ideal</li>
<li>Diligent and dependable with a professional demeanour</li>
<li>Effective interpersonal and communication skills with prior experience in working collaboratively with client organisations</li>
<li>Strong written communication skills for technical report writing</li>
</ul>
