You'll lead activities, people and HSE compliance and work on a variety of complex problems and issues. You'll be the onsite expert, continually developing knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.<br><br>As a CTD Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Ability to identify and respond to changing situations and events within the rig site. </li><li> Solid understanding of all equipment and operational policies and procedures. </li><li> Reports immediately to the Driller and Rig Manager any incident or accident. </li><li> Following and recording Aramco and internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment </li><li> Checking equipment on site required to perform planned activities and implement contingency plans </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have working knowledge of well control best practices and procedures </li><li> Have good drilling and general product knowledge to be able to maximize equipment performance </li><li> Actively participates in the promotion of all aspects of QHSE and ensure safe working practices and conditions. </li><li> Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with on-site and remote key individuals </li><li> Making recommendations to improve the program and operation through improved procedures etc. </li><li> Display an ability to analyze problems from data and identify root causes and provide efficient solutions </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.<br><ul><li> This role is working with our customer on-site in locations in Udailyah (UDH). When onsite, you will have the flexibility to work in line with customer working patterns.
