SAP / Planning Team Administrator

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance and project services to their Lytton Refinery. <br><br> Wood is currently recruiting for an SAP / Planning Team Administrator to provide general SAP administration support & reporting for the Planning team. <br><br>At this time, we will only consider applications from Australian citizens or those holding the required permit/VISA for this region. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><ul><li> Alignment of SAP Maintenance Plans with Inspection Department due dates </li><li> Creation of new Task lists, Single Cycle and Strategy Maintenance Plans </li><li> Creation and attachment of PRT Documents to Maintenance Plans </li><li> Request for extension (RFE) administration </li><li> Month end Dashboard updates and Compliance Reporting </li><li> General assistance with Planning Team administration </li><li> Administer all Planned Maintenance Change requests (PMCR) </li><li> Administer the ESD RFE Database </li><li> ESD Testing Compliance Reporting </li><li> Releasing and Closure of all Lubrication Technicians monthly Work Orders </li><li> Manage and purchase office stationary stock levels </li><li> Assist in the creation of Execution Work-Packs </li><li> Assist with Monthly Head count reporting for Safety Statistics </li><li> Demonstrate a pro-active role in identifying safety improvements </li><li> Provide pro-active, constructive and innovate input which will enhance present practices </li><li> Prepare monthly and annual maintenance KPIs </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Previous SAP PM experience </li><li> Advanced knowledge of Excel </li><li> Previous Power BI experience </li></ul><br> If you're an experienced SAP / Planning Team Administrator ready for your next project, then we are keen to hear from you today. <br><br>Apply now and take the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity! <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
