Responsibility Statements Develops web-based, instructor-led, blended instruction and virtual sessions learning solutions within the client’s technological environment. Receives learning objectives and other source content from client subject matter experts. Organizes targets into a logical, instructional flow appropriate for the culture and level of expertise of the end user learner. Responds to client design needs including escalations and risk inquiries related to the design and client subject matter expert issues. Revises or redevelops learning solutions in response to feedback from the client. Delivers project on time within budget. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
