These responsibilities include some of the following: This role reports directly to the Director within Commercial Pharma Tech organization that enables global business of £17 billion in sales across 100+ global commercial markets. You are expected to be a master in your craft, a partner collaborating and interacting directly with Scrum Masters, Product Teams and Management to ensure changes are welcomed with openness and with quick implementation, based on transparency Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with these required skills to achieve our goal Collaborate with the Scrum Masters, Product Managers team and Management to increase agility Facilitate teams through transformation initiatives, events and workshops Coach and mentor Scrum Masters in their competencies Practice continuous improvement of the organization with teams Providing training and workshops about various agile frameworks and practices (ex. Scrum, Kanban, scaled agile approaches, agile practices) Working with individuals and groups to adopt an agile attitude and promoting agile ways of working (ex. by Scrum Master CoP) Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience in product management and how business strategy is applied through digital products Broad understanding or experience in the technical craft of developing software Scrum, Kanban,
