This product portfolio needs continuous process and product maintenance in order to keep the products in a compliant state at all times and keep continuous improvements of the manufacturing process and analytical methods. The Technical Life Cycle Management team (TLCM) owns and provides strong technical oversight of our commercial products and processes End to End and throughout their life cycle across the global GSK network. The Technical Life Cycle Management Leader is responsible to lead the Technical Life Cycle Team (TLCT) and the Manufacturing Robustness review Board, MRRB for the vaccine(s) or process in scope. The Technical Life Cycle Management Leader ensures the establishment and maintenance of process knowledge and continuous data exchange within GIO environment and R&D. The Technical Life Cycle Management Leader is responsible to identify and prepare the continuous improvement project plan (TLCP) and to oversee its proper execution until implementation in all markets. The Technical Life Cycle Management Leader is responsible to provide technical and scientific expertise for the vaccine and/or secondary processes and/or transversal processes under her/his responsibility. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Manage the continuous improvement and end to end product life cycle for a specific vaccine (or family of vaccines) or a secondary process. Lead a Technical Life Cycle Team (TLCT) and the Manufacturing Robustness review Board (MRRB) for the vaccine(s) or process in scope. TLCT and MRRB are technical communities of SMEs from different functions including Operations, QA, QC, RA, GVSC. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with TLCT and management to review, set plan, obtain resource allocation and prioritize the implementation of solutions. The approved improvement projects are compiled into the Technical Life Cycle Plan (TLCP). Ensure that proper Technical Life Cycle Plans (TLCP) are maintained up to date for the vaccine(s) or process in scope and that projects are executed as per agreed timelines and in compliance with GSK Vaccines standards. Act as the single point of contact for the different manufacturing units, QA, QC and RA for technical and process knowledge management and continuous improvement projects. Provide process expertise to support resolution of complex / recurrent/ transversal deviation and bring technical support for any product transfer and/or contract manufacturing activity. Responsible to ensure that all tell & do changes are properly managed through the implementation committee including Master Data updates. Review the CMC part of the regulatory dossiers and variations. Maintain the knowledge and expertise for the vaccine(s) or process in scope. Ensure the Process History File is maintained up to date. Provide product expertise in relation with health authorities (for example: preparation of type C or Scientific advice meeting or discussion with OMCLs). Act as MSAT SPOC in GPLT in second of the Head of Franchise. Why you? Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 8 years proven experience in projects and team management within biologicals environment in which minimum 3 years in production of biopharmaceuticals products ideally in secondary operations. Experience in project management with cross-functional teams. Excellent understanding of the framework within which a pharmaceutical product is maintained in compliance: Authorities / Scientific / Business Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Proven Track record in problem solving and global project management Proven ability to plan, manage and lead cross-functional teams and projects to meet desired business objectives Knowledge of GSK vaccines product Fluent in English and excellent French Excellent writing skills Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of management across functional, national and cultural boundaries Proven ability of understanding compliance requirements Proven ability to improve business performance & ability to solve complex problem with effective solution Proven ability to build & maintain relationship across GSK Bio’s department, sites, geography & culture.
