<p>Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our friendly staff team in Cossington, Leicester. Our service in Cossington is a beautiful bungalow which houses 4 gentlemen with learning disabilities. They require Support Workers who are caring and enthusiastic about the support they provide and who strive to increase the quality of the lives people they support. As Support Worker, you will need to be able to recognise nonverbal forms of communication and be passionate about encouraging residents to engage in a wide range of exciting activities! The gentleman love going out into the community for walks, visiting coffee shops and cafes, shopping centres, plus various other interests such as cars, motorbikes and trucks, cinema visits, football matches, college and day trips to new places and visits to the seaside!</p>
<p>Your role will include:<br />
-    Providing personal care, administering medication and helping with other domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning,<br />
-    Encouraging service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities both within and outside their homes,<br />
-    Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest,<br />
-    Full time or part time hours to be worked flexibly according to the needs of the service.</p>
<p>The shifts in the service are 7.30am to 2.30pm, 2.30pm to 10pm, and waking nights. There are 3 staff on the morning shift and 2 on the late shift. Drivers preferred as all individuals have their own vehicle and they like to go out daily. </p>
